To make things easier for its consumers, Unique Jewellery provides exchange alternatives, something that many other fake jewelry businesses do not.

Please take a picture of the merchandise as soon as you receive it and send it to our customer service the same day if it is defective or damaged. You will hear from one of our representatives within two business days. If they discover that the goods is defective, it will be replaced. To claim an exchange, you must, however, file a complaint and return the item within a day of receiving the order.
