1. Cash on Delivery (COD) is accepted at Unique Jewellery. We also take Visa, Master, Debit, and Credit cards in Pakistan, as well as bank transfers, Easy Paisa, and Jazz Cash.

2. Unique takes Visa and Master cards, Payoneer, Paypal, and Western Union as payment methods for purchases placed from overseas.



3. To confirm your order, feel free to direct message us on Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.



4. It may take up to three weeks for customized orders to be completed and prepared for shipment.



Please be aware that for customized orders, clients must pay the full price at the time of order placement.


5. It may take up to three weeks for purchases from overseas to be dispatched. Once the purchase has been finalized and shipped, Unique Jewellery emails the tracking number to the consumers.

8. If the client chooses to swap the original item for another, they will be required to pay an extra Rs 300 in place of the shipping cost.

9. Up to two hours after placing their order, customers are entitled to a free order alteration or cancellation. The consumer must pay for the order and pick it up after the allotted time has passed.
